Price Check 2120 price and price of clutch repair/parts

Thanks Rick. Looks like if I do anything I'll be buying new. With the current financing options new will cost the same per month as used. If I go with some of the 0% offers the new tractor is cheaper in the long run. Anyway this dealer is not the one I want to get involved in a tractor like this with. The salesman is a little to pushy and doesn't listen very well. He also likes to tell me what I want to hear and then tells me something else later. Can't stand that. If I do end up with a New Holland I will probably go with a different dealer. Only problem is they are quite aways away. And I have talked to a couple of guys that could tell I was doing my homework and didn't bother BS'ing me. So even if the TC30 was the top dog I might go with another brand for the more comfortable dealer customer atmosphere.

The 2120 is a dual dry clutch. I had one replace about 10 years ago for $1600 so I think $2000 sounds about right.

BTW The 2120 is one of Fords best tractors and you will love it.

I thought it could be either wet or dry depending on transmission. Didnt the 2120 come w/ a power shuttle option?

there was a 12x12.. but the poster stated it is a 12x4.. which is a dual clutch setup... should be similar to the 1920 setup.. etc.


Andy.. was that 1600$ for a new clutch .. all total parts.. or a rebuild of yours?
