2210 free filter pak

I got my coupon and my dealer says they don't have them and cannot get them. One guy at the dealership said he would just give me the individual stuff that comes in the pak but now owner has put a stop to that. Is there anything I can do? Who can I call about this? My dealer says he has 9 owners wanting there kits and he can't (won't) do anything about it.

That's pretty bad business...
My dealer did have to give me the individual items, but did it without any problems at all.
Maybe try a different dealer if you have one near by?

All else fails - time to make a call to JD corporate.......

Funny, over 300 in stock at Deere warehouse in Indy, looks like time to head to the owner and let him know you're fixing to vote with your bucks at another dealer!

I think that dealer is full of filter packing. All he needs to do is order it for you.
He just doesn't want to be bothered when there is no sale.
Deal clear of him in the future.

My dealer gladly pieced together the entire "kit" - and I didn't buy my 2210 from them! But I do buy all my filters and parts - they were out of stock on 2210's when I bought mine three years ago - and they never said a word about me buying somewhere else - their comment was "this is good for Deere to do because it will encourage people to maintain their tractors".

Take your coupon (and your business) somewhere else - that is total b.s.

How/Why did you all get this coupon? I bought a 2210 in July 04. Too long ago? I'm bummed!

I agree. If he doesn't want to be "bothered" oblige him and buy your stuff somewhere else. I might even complain to Deere about it.
