2210d rocker arm adjustment

I did think about using a dial. but I don't have and I really need to be bush hoggin.

I replaced the head on my 2210d. I need to set the rocker arm clearance, Does anyone know the correct procedure? I see 2 marks in the crankshaft pulley. marked 1 and 2 which do i use? Do i need to rotate 180 for the other cylinder?

My 2610 has 6 marks on the balancer. 2 for each cylinder(its a 3 cy). 1st mark for any cylinder is a timing mark...IE injection starts mark or 24 or so degrees BTDC mark. Second mark is a TDC and or injection stops mark...

thanks for the not flaming me! LOL! It is always best to go by the book. Everyone has a little bit differnt groove they use some times. I always like learning how everyone else does things. The form is very helpfull and I keep learning all the time. Some day I hope to figure out how to time the motor but for now I just leave the pump timing alone.
