Buying Advice 2216HST or 2516 gear?

I haven't checked the price on the 2216HST but I did get a price of right at $12,500 for the 2516 gear w/loader. I'll be doing a little dirt moving, grading for a new garage, maybe putting in a pool and landscaping around it, odds and ends, etc. I know the 2516 gear has the shuttle shift. Will this make loader work easier than a standard gear only? I am tring to keep price around the 12.5 mark. I don't plan on using a bush hog or tiller so how important is the "live" PTO? I am having a hard time deciding, but am leanig heavy towards the 2516 gear. Also considered the 2216 gear, but it doesn't have the shuttle shift. It is about $1,700 less than the 2516 gear. I have about 1.5 acres of yard. I cut grass with a 60" Hustler HD so don't need a mower.
I am going nuts trying to decide.

Stop! If your getting that price on a new 2516 gear w/ a loader you need to RUN and get it! You are getting a killer price on it!

I plan on making a trip this week. I asked if they had one in stock and he said,"yes, it's on the showroom floor". Cool, already "garage" kept.
My wife is ready to pull MY hair out if I don't hurry up and make a decision.

Actually $12,591 and that includes tax and me picking it up ( about 50 miles away).
