2300 or 2310 Tiller Advice

Looking for some advice on what size of tiller to get for my 2310. Is it better to go a little smaller and have the hp or slower and go bigger? Soil is pretty good here, but there is some clay. Will also be using it to prepare the soil where I have used a brush mower, so there will be some small roots etc. I was looking at a Jinma tiller IGN100 ( 47" width/39" tilage 560ILbs recommended 1-22hp )or IGN105. ( 49" width/41" tilage 590Lbs recommended 20-28hp ).

Any thoughts ???

I bought the 4 foot Massey tiller when I bought the tractor. That thing could till a paved road - very strong. I looked at others out there and decided I'd spend a couple of dollars more and get red.

Would one of the others have done a good job - quite possibly. My ground is heavy clay - so it gets a workout.

So is that 48" total width? So what would the ACTUAL tilling width be ?

Are tiller sizes the total width of the unit or the ACTUAL tilling width ( ex: 48" wide but actual tilling width is 41" ? )

Reason I ask is I found a Jinma tiller that is a 41" but it is actally 49" total width.

And, they list the 39" at 18-25hp and the 41" at 20-28hp not sure which one to go with as like i said i do have some clay and tree roots
