I'm the family mechanic, despite only getting my own tractor 2 weeks ago, now they all think I'm a tractor mechanic too. I need to remove the fuel tank on my Uncles 231 because my well meaning cousin broke the outlet fitting off in the bottom of the tank. I need to remove it to fix this.
This tractor engine has not seen a bath since it was built, everything has about 2 inches of dust covering the entire engine. My quick look says 2 bolts on the seam in the back, slide back and remove. Is this correct?
