Nice CAD work and cutting. Stylish too. I wonder though about those dual narrow upper jaws. Why have them so narrow and why have two instead of one wider one? If you connected them with a piece that looked kinda like an 'M' so it had something to hold the load in the middle more firmly I think it would work better.

Make one with a skidsteer style attachment plate.

Thanks for the information . . . adding a quick attach plate and the adapters similar to a skidsteer would add at least 80 to 100 lbs to to the attachment which would limit the lifting capacity of the tractor.

The first picture on my site is a concept if you go to the services page you can see the actual grapple bucket that was built.

Yes, the one you actually built is what I had in mind. Looks like a nice grapple.

For a SCUT or small CUT the weight of the QA adapter is significant and the added plate on the grapple would add even more weight. However, your basic grapple design could be used on virtually any QA equipped tractor up to 50hp or so and you might find a much bigger market if you had a QA version. You also clearly have the CAD tools and computer cutting equipment to make custom pin adapter mounts for other small tractors. That is a market segment that the bigger players (ATI, WR Long) don't go after and also an area that the low cost outfits (Markham) don't bother with. I'd hazard a guess that there are many Kubota BX, JD 2000 series, NH boomer and smaller Mahindra, Kioti owners who would be happy to pay a little extra for a custom pin mount grapple of the type you built for your MF. Keep the weight around 300-350 lbs max with a pin on version selling for $1200-1400 and I'd think you get plenty of orders.
