Can someone please inform me about how the quick-hitch is set up? I am able to buy a 66"-70" plow blade assembly for a jeep and wonder if the quick hitch unit houses both the up/down hydraulics as well as the angle hydraulics.

Simply put, I want more width than the 54" blade provides. If I buy this jeep blade, I want to just attach it without having to modify hydraulics. If the hydraulics for angling are part of the john deere 54" blade, I may just go that route and spend the next ___ years on this website whining about it being too narrow!

The QH includes both lift and angle cylinders. So you have two options:

1. Get the 54" blade and add extensions to it-some where available from JD but not sure if they still are.

2. Look at THIS and THIS post from Gunmaker, he added a 72" Meyers blade to his QH.
