I have the 2 forward facing lights, and one rear facing light. They all work off of the headlight switch, so it's all or nothing. Not being much of a mechanic and being limited on time, I chose to keep it simple and just follow the directions. I believe that BloomingtonMike has done some custom wiring jobs, I suggest contacting him for advice if you wish to do anything outside of the standard install.
The standard was pretty simple, just plug and go basically. One of the trickiest elements was getting the plugs and wires fished down through the small hole at the bottom of the ROPS. Make sure you've got some twist ties to put things back up out of the way when your done.
