2320 parking brake

Any tips on how to release the parking brake in cold weather? I don't set it anymore because it remains locked every time - luckily, I can park it on level ground and put a little down pressure on the front blower. But, it's really bugging me... I try stomping on the brake pedals. Nothing. I put it in gear and move forward. Nothing. Only after fighting and fighting will it release (not sure what I do to get it to, but it eventually does).

I was thinking I might split the brakes and try just setting the parking brake on one side or the other.

Any suggestions?

Did you somehow get a lot of water into the brake area that's freezing? The 2310 has the same type of brakes (wet disc) and I've often worried about them sticking, but so far that's never happened.... just a thought.

I have a 2320 and use the parking break often and never had it stick... On Slippery surfaces (moving snow) I use the brakes seperatly for help with steering. Rather then locking them together for parking each time I use it I only lock the right pedal down... works fine... give it a try! (still wonder why your sticks though)

My 2320 parking brake light stays on most of the time, but you can feel the brakes release when you do it, its just that the parking brake light stays on.... its a pain in the butt and annoying. Don't know how to fix it either. I figure I will have to live with it until I get the tractor serviced. I am sure its just an adjustment.

You sure the brakes are still on or can it be just the brake light staying on?
