I need to change the oil in trans, hyd, and final drives but don't know how to drain oil from tube on the left hand side of the tractor where the hyd filter screen is at how do you refill at trans. or hyd tube ?

There are several plugs for trans and final drives. For the tube, if you feel like draining it, you could use a hand pump to pull it out, there is much in it.
Fill at trans.

I'm assuming this is a gear tractor.
