Mowing 2520 and the first mow.

Does anyone's wash out port do anything. Mine does'nt even start to get any of the built of grass off the deck. We have had so much rain, that the last deck cleanout netted 2 drywall buckets of wet grass.
i used it once last year (not correctly) and then did some reading of others who did it correctly and their results were sub par. the machine has to be running to move the water around the deck on a flat surface. for me a good hosing down works better than the hose port.

Never used it.I have a nice bed of pine needles that I run through after I'm done cutting. Keeps the underside spotless.

Greg

That makes sense. The last thing I did last fall was mulch my leaves with the mower and the underside of the deck looked like it had been shot blasted.

If this is what your looking at: Medium Duty Scrape Blades

You should be able to use this blade on your I-match as long as you buy these items from agsupplyonline..

QUICK HITCH ADAPTER KIT CAT 1-3

TOP LINK BUSHING CAT 1-2

The hitch pin below will hold your top link bushing for I-match.

Economy Hitch Pin

Also I would get the 5' blade so it is wide enough for your tractor.

Kennyd, ?
Anyone... Correct me if I'm wrong on this setup for Gobblin Tom..

Kennyd, does tractor supply sell these items also? I went on to order all of the bushings, etc. and the shipping was almost as much as the order. With my little turkey call business that I have, I hate to see people that try to make the money back on products thru shipping. Maybe I'm wrong but it shouldn't cost almost $14 to ship that stuff...

Chris makes some very nice & lite quick connect forks. Factory forks are around 385lbs where Chris's forks are around 210lbs or so. A big savings in weight which let's you lift more.
210lbs? - huh?:confused2:

That don't sound like a 'heavy duty' set of forks like John Deere's forks.

What thickness of metal are they made from- 1/8 inch:rolleyes:

I'll use my 'heavier' John Deere forks and lift 'heavier things':D

Low bucket,

Good for you. You use your JD forks. I'd lay $$$ the artlllian forks will lift as much as your factory forks as the tractor only has a Max lift capacity anyway. Why do some have to turn conversation into mines bigger than yours. I love my forks and by the sounds of it you love yours as well. It's a win, win for both of us.

As far as what the forks are made of and what thickness, That's a question for ensoll. He's the one who makes them.

Enjoy your JD forks. I'll enjoy my artillian forks. :)

I read several post from 09 where there was a lot of scalping with 62d. Along with the little caster whheels digging into yard when they have to rotate from tractor turning or reversing. Sounds like bugs are worked out. Is it better for some reason to go with the independent lift?
