2520 GREASE FITTINGS

I climbed under my 2520 over the weekend and noted two grease fittings that were not listed in the manual under the "Lubricating Machine" section.

They are on the linkages for the brakes.

Anyone else noticed these?? Should they be grease at the same interval??

Yes , i would grease every fitting you see. greaseing them wont hurt
not greaseing them could.....

Hey YASH2520, I was under my machine this weekend your correct, the manual only shows the three grease fittings under front of the machine. I also found the two you described for the linkages for the brakes. If you go over to the other side there are also two more I found for the linkages for the forward and reverse.

That makes for a total of 7 grease fittings. Does anyone else know of anymore?

I know if you got a backhoe. it as a ton of fittings everywhere.....
some are hidden too.

I found three under the left side (as seated), like for the brake linkages area, two under the hydro pedals and three under the front end of the tractor. Anybody top that?

8 is the total I found last night same as Jim - anybody find anymore places to grease?

Dont forget to grease the one on the front axel , where in hinges on the frame. its tucked way under there. its right in the center front.
