Hi folks,
I just picked up a 2009 2520 last week with 135 hrs. After the engine is started and runs for about a minute, there is a harmonic vibration that develops in what seems to be the hydraulic system. The inlet portion of o-ring slip joint that mates with the hyd. oil cooler is vibrating excessively with the frequency of the source of whatever is causing this. It has effectively worn the o-ring out in the joint and is now leaking. When I put my hand on the hyd. inlet line to the cooler, I can distinctly feel the vibration is being developed somewhere in that line, but the discharge line of the pump does not seem to share this symptom at all. Has anyone ever seen or heard of this issue or have a possible remedy. Oil levels look good. Engine seems to run fine. Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Jake
