Had a little problem today pushing some brush punched a hole in the rubber hose that connects the transmission to the pump. No big deal went got one changed it out. Caught the fluid that came out in a bucket what seemed like 4-5 gallons went and got 4 more gallons put what I caught plus the 4 gallons which should have been 8-9 gallons but still can't see any fluid in site glass even thought maybe I just couldn't see it looked with a light The book says 8.5 gallons for you guys that have changed yours is 8.5 gallons correct. And if so how much did it take to get from bottom of site glass to full. Also is the site glass the only way to check the level. Was hoping there was a dipstick I don't want to over fill it.
