2615 Bucket Lip Measurement Please?

Since my tractor is still in Oregon could someone please give me a measurement on the top of the bucket and lip of the bucket. I have access to some free angle & flat iron and I am goin going to beef it up before installing hooks. Since I'm going to install (weld) d-rings on the trailer I might as well do it all at once since I don't actually own a welder.

1. Measurement on top of the bucket where it's flat towards the front of the tractor.
2. Measurement on the lip from the top of the bucket down.

No hurry 3-4" more inches of snow here and it's coldddd. The project needs to wait for better weather. If my cabin was built I would be out having fun moving snow with the tractor....ha

I have the same tractor. I welded on a piece of 2"x2" angle the full width of the bucket then welded my grab hooks to the angle in line with the loader arms.

Thanks...I know the bucket is 60"....How much is the run on the back side of the bucket before it's sloping off. So a 3x3 angle be fine or the flat stock?

Kid of a hard bunch of guys to get questions out of...Try the Harley list-serve...now theres a bunch of guys that spelll it out including everything you want to know.

Tractors, Harleys, etc...all the same but different. You can either wrench or can't.

Actually I've come to the conclusion that I will just watch and not ask for information here Like everyone else. Just like ever other American. I wonder why we are outsourced?

I have an eastern indian tractor name manafuctured in Japan....my head is having probs here...lol....not that's it a problem to me...

Whiteh2o, not sure what else you want, 2615 posted

Cut the angle 59 & 1/2" long and stitch weld to the top lip of your bucket. If you want it a bit stronger, use 3/8" thick 2x2 angle. The attached picture is what I did with one of my buckets.

As far as your tractor being made by Mitsubishi in Japan, well all of the 15 series tractors are, and the 10 series are TYM tractors made in Korea. The rest are built in India I believe. It is very common for tractor manufacturers to have many sources for their tractors. I think that everybody does that except Kubota.
