2615, I don't have a manual yet. This has been leaking from the front right side, seep... There was no gasket, just some silicon gasket ooze. Anyone know if there is a gasket? I spent a good hour looking at the assembly diagrams on new England tractors?

Can anyone help? 18953443_10212233738380670_7962259619841238102_o.jpg

I have the HST model, but I can tell you this, my dealer told me there is no gasket on the oil pan, just RTV black. My guess is there may not have been a gasket on your trans cover.

Thanks, I got this after selling my Kubota...and gotta say I am somewhat dismayed at the lack of support on the web for parts and manuals. Just ordered the manual from Bills and scored a gasket kit from Napa to make my own...can't hurt to add a thin piece of cork, I hope.

Often I don't use a gasket even when there is one preferring silicone sealant instead. For things like differentials etc. I just use a good sealant. Sealant will conform and seal surface interfaces even when they are not so perfect which is not the case when using many gaskets. Just enough to form the seal evenly spread but not too much is best practice and it doesn't take much.
