2615 Radiator Anti-Freeze Reserve Cap

Note to self (and anyone that's interested)....Don't pull on the little tab thats located on the anti-freeze reserve cap when it's cold outside. It snaps right in two. This plastic cap (believe it or not) is $20.12 and even more unbelievable was the $12.40 to drop ship it to me from Texas since I don't have a dealer. There is something seriously wrong with a piece of plastic costing $32.52 IMHO. You would think a piece of plastic could ship USPS Priority Mail for less then $12.40 UPS ground. I sure hope nothing heavy breaks....

Sounds like someone is using the wrong type plastic or a bad lot as I've never had a plastic cap break on any of the GM vehicles I've owned, let alone my tractor. I think Mahindra should stand up and have replaced it for free.
