2615 radiator drain and filters

A word of caution to 2615 owners (may apply to all 15 series?)... The little plastic valve for draining your radiator is vulnerable to damage from brush. Ask me how I know... I have to try to locate a replacement today. While I'm at it, I'd like to get a replacement air and fuel filters. Does anyone have part numbers handy for these items?

I believe the water cock parts you will need are part #'s 1170415000 joint, and 67401A00113 cock assy. The air filter is part# 35530501800 and the fuel filter is # MM404879. I hope this helps.

Yes, I know of what you speak!

I replaced mine with a nylon straight tubing splice/connector and never looked back. My Mahindra dealer is about 2 hours away so I found my solution at TSC (10 minutes away) for less than a buck. A couple of zip ties keeps everything up and out of the way.

Thanks for the part numbers. I'm hoping for cross reference numbers to Fram/Wicks/etc. so, hopefully, I can find them locally. I try to support my Mahindra dealer's parts department, but for regular maintenance items like filters and fluids, it's much more convenient to get them from local parts suppliers.

I'm going with something similar on the drain cock. I picked up a straight nylon splice/connector at the parts store and will be tying it up and out of harms way (for the most part) with zip ties.

Rob,
Galen missed a number on his list. The water joint unit is 1174 0415 000 (not 1170415000). Air and fuel numbers are correct. If you find you want to use factory parts the plastic plug that goes into the water joint is #67401-00113
