KATU-TV reports ( Spraying sparks and fluids, 3-wheeled car leads cops on 27-mile chase | Local & Regional | KATU.com - Portland News, Sports, Traffic Weather and Breaking News - Portland, Oregon ) that when the westbound car moved into the eastbound lane and slowed to about 30 mph, deputies decided to bump and spin it.
The sheriff's office says Jennifer Winklebleck of Beaverton was arrested for investigation of counts including reckless driving, attempted assault and reckless endangering. She was held on $40,000 bail.
