Typically, all coolants have some form of corrosion inhibitor, but it would be cavitation damage that I would be concerned about, depending on who you talk to, they could be one and the same, but different.
I just replaced mine with an SCA coolant manufactured by PEAK, it is called Fleet Charge and it is $16 a gallon (100%) at advance auto. There is also Final Charge at NAPA for around $26 a gallon 100% or 50%. Whatever one you choose, get the 100% and dilute with $1 gallon distilled water.
You can use low silicone extended coolant but if you add the SCA's you better be absolutely sure of the type and what % you are adding. The Fleet Charge is a one step fill.
