3/8" Gr. 70 Locking Handle Load Binders?

on two of my binders, there are holes at the end of the handle jsut for this purpose. You would need one of those long, skinny bike locks and I'm sure it would work fine.

Yeah, no holes in mine. That would have made it too easy.

Oh the horrors of getting old. Good Lord... another brain meltdown. Thank you for pointing that out. 5/16" is indeed what I meant.
