Hi all hoping someone may have some info to help me.. I have Mitsubishi MT23 and have had it for years. The Hydraulics for the 3pt lift has always been really finicky but all sudden it has started lifting as soon as you start tractor.. it lifts till it tops out and then you can hear the motor drag down because its still trying to lift. If you hit the down level the 3pt will drop. I have done the following to try and fix
Changed the hyd. fluid, Replaced filter, Checked / cleaned the valve parts checked cleaned the hyd. solenoids, Checked the linkage I have not found any obvious issues. I did replaced the few o-rings I thought may have looked little worn.. But have not been able to figure out the issue.
As described the down works fine, but as soon as you move linkage to the neutral position the 3pt starts lifting again.. I am thinking the issue is with the Lift solenoid. This solenoid is marked with a A21. But I can not find any info on it online ( i did find a part # in parts manual but doesn't cross to anything on web searches ). The solenoid block has 3 ports on it and are marked "P", "T" and "A".. I am assuming these stand for P- pressure, T- tank, A=equipment. If this is the correct, then when the solenoid is not activated I would think the flow is "P to T" then activate the solenoid its "P to A".. I have tested this on bench with Air and it always goes "P to A" and actuating doesn't seem to change anything. So I am thinking my issue is with the solenoid..
Questions...
is my assumption on the solenoid correct?
Has anyone else seen similar issues?

Thanks
