I've looked at cement mixers to use with my Ford 1710. The mixers dump via hydraulic cylinder on the mixer.
Where/how do I get hydraulics to this cylinder?
My tractor has a hydraulic connection for the back. It was already on when I bought the tractor new. The following link shows what I thin you need. It looks like what I have.
With some finagling you can have a remote on the cheap if you need it. You can plumb it up as shown in the pic. The caveat is once you reach the height on the 3 point lift, you'll have to close the rate of drop knob. Doing so you can not lower the 3 point lift but you can raise till 3 point pops off. The circuit as pictured can be used as a remote with the control shared with the main lift control valve spool. The second picture is where you can plumb up a return in to the hyd reservoir in the diffy. Not real convenient or Kosher but it works. All can be done with TSC on the shelf hoses and connections costing less than $30 for one quasi remote.
JC,
Supply side: For a single acting hyd cylinder using gravity drop (like 3 point lift) the same path thru spool can be used for fluid return.
