Ok will do !
Texas Dodge does yours raise from where you stop at ? , like if you stop at 4 on the scale does it move up immediately when you move it , or is there a dead spot before the lift raises again ?
It moves immediately.

There has to be some amount of gap between the two to keep the pump from going into constant pump. But, it does seem like yours may have a rather large amount.

Correct , seems strange to me , shouldn't it lift from the stopped position as soon as you move the control lever ?
I know what you were saying if you let the implement all the way down and went to 1 on the scale there would be a dead spot until the control lever reached a point that started to raise the implement .
ccsial , said he tried it on his L3400 and his moves from the point the lift stopped at , hmmm .

As youy say, there has to be a bit of deadband, but there should not be much. Hardly enough to notice. That valve should servo very tightly. My 1910 is even tighter and smoother than the L3400.

It would be hard to do precise grading if there was much deadband.

Ok , as promised , I am reporting what the out come was .
The dealership said Kubota sent wrong valve to them so they had the replace the valve a second time , this time it works as it should . :D
Move the lift lever and it moves immediately , thanks everyone for the comments and looking at your tractor for reference .
