Nah. Don't be discouraged. If it lowers normally down to some point and then kicks back that means you are down to a stop in the range of lowering motion. The speed knob does not overcome or change that. There are no external hydraulic pistons on many tractors including all but the much larger Kubotas. The hydraulic lift mechanism for your 3pt is internal to the chassis. To my knowledge the upper and lower extremes of the 3pt lift are fixed. Externally you have multiple pin locations to select a higher and lower point for the rear lift arms. The top link has usually 3 pin locations on the back of the tractor that affect the lift extremes and leverage. And of course the top link is threaded and adjustable.I suppose I will just have to live with it. Thanks for trying. Tom
