I recall seeing threads here complaining about a "bouncy" 3-point hitch. As far as I know, these MLS valves are similar on many Kioti models and that valve is adjustable to achieve smooth lift operation. Here is a video on adjusting the MLS:

This is not to say that a MLS can't be defective or (more likely) a dealer doesn't know about adjusting them.

The MLS valve can be adjusted to stop the 3 point from bouncing, but the adjustment has nothing to do with your three-point coming up in a jerky motion.

If I don't lower rpm's, the hitch will come up to quickly for me. It happens a lot when I'm using a snowblower because the rpm's are 2500.. If I lower rpm's, it moves nicely..

I just bought a 2018 CK3510. I have been using the crap out of the york rake I have not experienced any bouncing with the 3 point hitch.
So far the tractor has been flawless, and couldn't be happier.

Kioti went to the Kubota type lift control valve that is now located internally so you are not able to adjust it w/o removing the 3ph lift arms and cover. Amazing Kioti has made this move when Kubota has had issues with this valve since 2013.
