3-Point Hitch 3 point sticking up.

Have a problem with my TZ25DA. Tried to put on the mower deck and cannot get the 3 point lift to go down. Put weight on it and nothing.

Adjust the drop rate valve under the front edge of the seat counterclockwise to release the fluid.. You have bumped it with your foot accidently. and the fluid cannot escape the cylinder back into the tank.

2 minutes is not too bad... That closed drop rate valve thing ought to be a "sticky"
