Spreader 3 pt fertilizer spreader abt 400 lbs

Going to get one. Can't figure out, should I go with steel or plastic. What do you think?

My experience is the the plastic is more expensive than the steel, and if you're getting one of the cheaper broadcast spreaders (rather than the pricey pendular type) the hopper will be the last thing that corrodes. So go with whatever hopper is less expensive...
