Mowing 3 pt Finish mower

I have a CK30 HST FEL/BH and i would like to purchase either a 5or6 foot RFM
I would be cutting around apple trees and between grape vine rows.I would like the Kioti model cutter but would like any help with anyone that has one or another make. Thank you all for any information and help.

I have tons of the Kioti mowers out there any I NEVER had a failure on one.
We also sell the Woods brand mowers... Woods has the optional chain guards.
One piece of advise I can give is make sure you get the solid tires not air.

I have a 7ft. Kioti with solid rear tires and I love it. Wish I had gone one ft. bigger though. I love the rear discharge on those things too.

I have a 5ft Kioti RFM with solid tires for 2 years and haven't had any trouble with it. I like the rear discharge and how it deflects the clippings down so they don't lay on top of the cut grass as bad.

I have a 6" land pride. Nice HD mower, but I here good things about the Kioti brand. I have also heard negitive things about thier (Kioti's) 3pt. backhoes though. Sorry! a bit off topic!

I use a 6 footer behind my CK30HST. It's a WOODS PRD7200 and it's a strong unit, heavy duty in my opinion. I looked at a lot of brands and compared specs before I bought. I think it is a good match for the CK30.

I have had my Kioti RFM for 2.5 seasons, and it has been great. It does a much better job of cutting than my old rider. Rear discharge is fantastic. Such a smooth cut.

Only down side is I have to wait for the ground to dry out before I can get my CK30HST with R4's on it. Leaves dents in the ground.

I highly recommend the RFM.

You may also want to consider a Caroni brand flail mower such as sold through Agri Supply. They also sell the deck mowers as well. I have the Kioti 72 inch RFM and am considering selling it for the flail mower. Folks here report a finish like cut but also tears up bigger stuff like a brush hog.

It may not be exactly like a finish mower but it certainly cuts a lot finer than a bush hog and can go places you'd never take a finish mower.
