3-Pt Hitch Rubbing on BH75 Hoe Frame

We have a GL3240 with FEL and BH75 hoe. When the hoe is removed and the 3-point installed, the arms of the trailing arms of the hitch rub the sub-frame of the BH. The tilt adjustment for the 3-point is almost impossible to operate.

Has anyone else experienced this?

On my L2800 the arms are close but don't hit if I have it adjusted for a standard cat1 implement.

I have this on my B7800 - noticed AFTER it chewed up the threads on adjustable side. I think if I had better centered implement (bush hog mower) it may not have happened...
