3 pt lift problems with my M4900

I have an very heavy airefication machine on my M4900. It has been operating fine for years, but now it will only pick the implement up a few inches. The lift does not seem to be straining, mor like the draft is improperly set or possibly no working. Any thoughts?

How long since you changed the hyd filters? You could get a hyd gauge and check pressure.

Is there a loader on your tractor? If so, can you tell any difference in it's ability to lift?

Years ago I bought an old Farmall with 3pt lift problems. Turned out to be the wrong hydraulic filter had been installed. That area is an easy one to check.
