3 pt lift troubleshooting

Having some issues with the 3 pt . When the problem occurred I was joking up the front loade, shimmed the pressure valve on the fel to 2k, and filled up the sump too much that to lost a lot of oil through the weep hole or other... Any help would be appreciated

Also when it stopped working I was putting on new fel bucket cylinders.. Never had a problem with air in the system but I'm not sure

If you had air in the system its possible to bleed by operating some systems up and down several times. I have lots of experience with Toyota forklifts hydraulics. Watching the videos about your three point problems I'm wondering if you have valve or flow issues. I'm not sure where to start I'm sure someone on here will take you the right direction .

There's an o ring jammed in the distribution or diverter valve

If any one can tell where the o-ring -belongs part -#28 I don't see that small orin
