Hey Thomas, we just put out whole shell corn and leave out a couple of round bales in the back field. Other than a couple of salt blocks , that,s it. Guys have seen timberwolves about 20 miles from here, but no cougars, Bob! That would be kinda scary. I'm sure if a child was attacked around here, it wouldn't be alive for long. Lot of hunters and trappers here. They shoot wolves up here and they are federally protected! Personally I don't believe in killing predators, because they have their place too. Legally, you are only allowed to shoot dogs chasing deer after the 1st of Jan. But it seems that up here, dogs are open season year round.
