3010 access pto switch

Have a 3010 and I have had this happen to me before. Tractor would not start so I tinkered and cussed for several hours. Then got online and believe got my answer here. Jiggle pto handle and sure enough it cranked right up. Now it has happened again. Now jiggling does not work. Heard there is a switch in the body of my kubota. Can't really access. Do I need to take fenders off to access. I am not much of a handy man any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

JD 3010 doesn't have a pto safety switch but it does have a neutral start switch(parts key #28A or 28B) under cowl by trans gear shift lever.

Disregard my reply as I didn't read(comprehend) the part that stated KUBOTA. Duh

The switch is right under the grey cover plate where your PTO lever is. It is at the PTO engaged end. So if you do any "wiggling" do it with the lever in the engaged position. Maybe frozen ???

To get access to the switch remove the grey cover. There are 4 bolts behind the tire on the upper fender area that hold it on ( I think. )

Be careful lifting the plate. Looks like the switch wires and PTO cable may be attached.
