3016 with fel steering locking

My 3016 I just traded seemed very similar to yours in fact I told the dealer about it the day before I traded it in. When I would lift my Welder "Lincoln 305D" off the front loader without the bucket it wouldn't steer until you moved the tractor. I am pretty sure my welder only weighed 750lbs or so.
The tractor was a 2013 3016 74 hrs with out loaded rears. I have a feeling that it was maybe a relief valve in the steering circuit.

I didn't see your avatar...just wondering how you did that because of the way mine doesn't steer hardly at all with anything in the bucket.
