3038E with 300E FEL - Tilt Cylinder Hoses Loose

Wondering if anyone else has had issues with the short hydraulic hose that runs from the rod end of the tilt cylinder to the supply hardline coming loose when tilting the bucket. I have re-tightened numerous times, wrecked a couple o-rings, and tried loc-tite but am still unable to get the union to quit spinning itself off and leaking oil out. Anyone else had similar issues or found a fix?

On my 3038e I bought new I've had a couple fittings I've had to "tweak" from spraying fluid over last 3 years, no big deal and certainly could have been from something bumping it, heavy log, etc.
