Went out yesterday after the snow stopped and uncovered the tractor and saw the lever on the right side just in front of the wheel. Here is a pic, thanks to all for your help.

Henry,one thing to be aware of. If that tractor has been sitting for quite some time,there is a good chance the "buttons" on top of the two relief valves that the lever pushs on may be frozen. Just because you move the lever won't necessarily mean the relief valves are working.
