Since i have owned this unit the PTO front which has been replaced not too long ago has issues. The fuse that feeds this circuit will burn out and kill engine after 15-20 minutes of mowing. can't find cause have looked at all the wiring and don't find any shorts or bare wires. plug on back of switch has been very hot and somewhat melted but still in tact. was wondering if anyone else had encountered this problem???
any help would be greatly appreciated.

The melted connection usually indicates a poor connection, terminals may be corroded causing intermittent problems. Also can cause excessive amp draw which can blow fuses.

DITTO on the bad connection part. I had the 20 amp fuse blow on my 316 because of that problem.
