After buying a 3203 I thought I'd visit a thread or two from other 3203 owners so we could compare notes. Oops. Seems, that for a couple thousand more dollars I could've bought a better tractor. I agree. Than again for a couple thousand more than the price of a 790 I could buy a better tractor too. Picture this, I bought 20 acres, 15 tillable, and wanted to mow, maintain, till, yadda yadda, much of it. Mahindra offered a 28hp for $16,000 (FEL and cutter included) and that, in my mind, for only a thousand bucks more. Creative financing ensued. THEN, for many reasons (hydrostatic trans/5 girls, none of them farm girls, wife/military brat, 2yo boy/this tractor HAS to last long enough for him to drive it), my wife and I decided to get plain crazy with our finances and buy the 3203 over the 790. See, we think we already bought up a notch. The 790 seems a real nice tractor but we like to think that by going to the high end of our financing, we bought well. If there's anybody else out there who's done the same and wants to start comparing notes, please jump on-board, we'll be waiting for you
