3215 tractor Width

With any luck I should have the new tractor home by the weekend. I see in a thread previous that a 6.5' box blade was bought for a 3215 model with the Industrial tires. I went by the mahindra brochure and I thought that the width was 5', same as my 9N is set at and the width of my bush hog, box blade and cutting blade. I betting that the brochure was giving the dimensions for a tractor with Ag tires and the Industrials are giving a wider stance.
If this is the case can the rears be made to hit the 60" dimension by swaping the mounting manner like the old N series was capable of? Thanks

Hey Offy. The rear tread width of my 3215 with industrials is exacly 61". The cutting blade width of my BH 65 box blade is 65" so it covers the tracks nicely. Don't know if you can adjust the tire width though. Have fun with the tractor. The more I use mine the more I like it.

Thanks MrCris, that's good news. I think that my ho' made box blade is probably pretty close to 65" too. I caught another tree in it again my last sortie into the woods on it this past weekend, The tires passed by nicely but the tree went right inside the edge. I prefer the 3 pt items to be at or close to the rear tire width so I can drive close and and not leave a gap but not get the machinery hung up either.
The dealer just called and said that the backhoe frame arrived and will be put on today and should be ready for pick up Thursday. I told him that I'd be there Friday afternoon so there would be plenty of time to get it finished. The tractor is about 50 miles south of work and my property is 30 miles north of work. It should be a good day for the drive if it dosen't rain.
