331 excavator computer problems

have a 2002 331E. Recently started throwing a 33-23 error code (main controller not calibrated) main controller being the computer. Then a couple days ago it started not flipping open the fuel shut off solenoid when key turned on. I took apart the right side dash and checked all wiring. Found bare corroded wires (wires controlling the auxiliary switches on the right control stick) when bare wires touched they would cause the instrument panel to beep 3 times...auxiliary light would flash and glow plug warming cycle would pop on...i figured oh yeah here is my short...fixed the bad wires...hooked everything back up and same issue...still no power to fuel solenoid. I have no more flashing auxiliary light and it only beeps 3 time warning when key is first turned on. Error code is still there. I have since checked battery (good) checked all fuses and tested all relays (good) checked for power to all fuses and relays (good) removed and powered solenoid with 12v jumper wires and it functions correctly. Tested for power to solenoid from main wire harness when key is on...(bad) no power to solenoid. I can zip tie the fuel shut off solenoid open and the machine will start and run perfectly...undo the solenoid and of course the machine shuts off like it should. So no power to fuel solenoid when key is turned on...and error code. I am at my whits end. Any help is greatly appreciated
