I have a 1998 3415. Hydraulics worked good when parked two days ago. Today when I started it up the three point hitch will not raise. It has a front end loader and that is still operating normally. When the tractor is idling it seems like it is idling at a lower rpm than normal and sounds like it has a load on it. Fluid shows good on the dipstick. Any ideas where I should start?
