3430HST: sizing attachments, seeking opinions

All good advice so far. A 6 ft. brush cutter would use all your hp. and more, if you are into really heavy stuff or have some hills. But the advice about using the HST to limit the pace with a snowblower applies just as well to mowing in a field. After some practice, you develop a sense of how much speed is reasonable and adjusting almost becomes automatic, kind of like learning how much to lean a motorcycle or a bicycle when going into a curve.

I think you have plenty enough hp. for a 72" tiller. They don't sap the hp the way a brush mower does since you are creeping at very slow speeds anyways, and, once again, the HST let's you adjust the pace very precisely.
