3510 black smoke runs rough

Hi everyone, my new to me 3510 runs rough and blows black smoke. Called dealer and he said he really doesn't think it's the injectors because it's very rare for them to replace injectors on this tractor. Anyone else have this issue and was it something other than injectors? P.s. The air intake is free and clear.

Check coolant for oil/dirty- head gasket?
Check fuel- water, other contamination?

No oil in coolant, no exhaust in radiator, oil clean (not milky).

Its goin in to be serviced at dealer. He said it may b the govenor springs in frt cover

Just an update . Dealer found problem, he said head had been replaced at some point and whoever replaced didnt install the plate that sepetates precombution chamber from main chamber causing extremely low compression. Plate installed and runs great.
