We had a recent problem with our 4525. Ours was killing the battery and the dash would go dead.
They looked and looked and looked. It was hard to find ... however, they traced it to on of the lights ... the one mounted on the rear wheel where you climb on. It was wired BACKWARD!. It came that way from the factory. This was causing a short even though the light worked. The wire harness was heating up and some wires deep in the harness had melted.
While trouble shooting ours, they got in a 6045 with "weird electrical problems" and decided to check the lights. There it was - the light was wired backward. Again, the wire harness needed replacing due to heat and melting.
Not sure yours is the same thing ... but worth a look.
They also said that there may also be a problem with the "hazard lights switch". It would be good to check that also.
On ours, they replaced the complete harness, the dash, all the switches, the alternator and a few other parts. They wanted to make sure they got it and anything it may have damaged.
