Mahindra 3510
Hello guys and gals,
Hoping to get a little insight into what's going on. When I apply any downward pressure with the bucket to the ground on my Mahindra 3510 the fan blade hits the bottom of the radiator shroud and the frame comes into contact with the right side body panel. When I raise the bucket all is normal. I can't see any obvious problems under the tractor. Thanks in advance.

Check your frame for cracks, loose frame bolts, loose motor mount bolts, loose loader mount bolts etc. Upon using down force either the frame or engine is moving enough to allow the fan to hit the shroud. If something is flexing or twisting it could be due to cracked frame or bolts loose enough to allow the flexing. If you can't find it show it to your dealer before further damage is done.

i noticed that one of the loader arms, while raised, is higher than the other. As if one cylinder is extending a few inches more than the other one..could this be a problem? I'll go over the frame and mounts in the next few days as time allows. Thanks for the response!

This is what I found. Sheared frame bolts
