3520 air seat

hi guys, i just ordered the air seat suspension for my os 3520. any tips on the installation of it from someone who has done one. thanks for your interest............bud

I have the air seat on my 3720 but it was installed when I bought the tractor new so I can't really help but will say Deere usually includes good directions for assembling most of their accessories. I wouldn't be surprised if the wiring/plug is already in place and ready to connect. The remaining work is just bolting in the new seat. Let us know how you make out. Good luck.

Has anyone installed this John Deere (not aftermarket) 3000 series air seat upgrade on a 2520 or 2720?

Just wondering....
I don't have the same complaints about uncomfortableness on my 2520 as I've read from others. I'm average size at 5'11"/195lbs.

I would never complain about being more comfortable though

Being the SE seat raises you up a little from the stock seat (about 2"),the air ride will be alot more.Maybe too much.

This was posted by another member - should be helpful if you have not seen it. I have the deluxe seat on my 3720 and it makes a big difference when I remember to air it up.

I considered installing one myself on my 3320. Not sure where but I found the installation instructions online and went through them. Although the tractor is supposed to be pre-wired it still looked like a lot of work so I had the dealer do it. If you go to the Deere build online the air seat is an option you can select. If you double click on it it will tell you how it should take to instal ( by a dealer I imagine).

I have this on mine and I love it also. I like it so much I've been thining that this is what I need on my Lund Fishing boat.

Can someone please confirm for me who the mfr was on this? The rubber dust skirt says Sears, but I believe the suspension was from a different company if memory serves.

Where did you get this kit? It doesn't seem to be available on jdparts.deere.com.

Also, I have the standard seat and I find that the side-to-side rocking is the hardest on my back. Will the air seat help with that?
