I'm sure that I'm not the first or the last. I ordered it May 24th with the larger R4's, 72" MMM, and the 300x loader. It has now been six weeks. The deck has arrived, the loader is in route, and no word on the tractor. I can't belive that after six weeks, all that has been acomplished is the arrival of a deck and the loader is on the way. What a joke. I contacted John Deere customer service and "They are looking into it" Any suggestions? I guess I expected a little more from Deere.

Thanks

I seem to remember that a few months ago, people were waiting for awhile when they ordered the larger R4 tires. Maybe it is the tires that is slowing up the order ?

I know that I waited about 6 weeks for my 72MMM to arrive at the dealer. But everyone, everywhere was waiting the the mid mount mowers. Looks like Deere has caught up with the demand. I don't know what the holdup would be with the loader.

All I can say is try and be patient, with the emphasis on "try". Most wait for something with their order and it's not easy for anyone who is getting a new tractor. In the end, I waited 6 long weeks and it was well worth the wait.

Call Ricky @ Premier Ag & Lawn in Ennis, TX - I think I saw atleast one in stock and they have other dealerships also.

John Deere Customer Service said that my tractor would not arrive until the middle of August. Only 12 weeks after I ordered it. Great. The Larger R4's are the hold up. Who makes the smaller R4's? Does anyone have them and can tell me what they look like. I want the tires on the cover of the twenty series brochure and I imagine that they are the larger ones. Does anyone have the Multi Trac turf's-not the Mighty Mows?

Since you mentioned Mighty Mow, I'm assuming we're talking turf tires because the R4 tires are the industrial tread.
I have the Mighty Mows. The Multi Tracs are smaller.
If you have a tractor now, I would just wait to get the Galaxy tires. They're much wider in the front and taller in the rear.

It got shipped to Michigan. I looked at it tonight. 3520 with a 300x on it. Wanted to check out this "plastic screen" over the radiator I've been reading about in other threads as my 4310's is metal and pretty stout. Popped the hood (and had to hold it up) and sure 'nuff, it's plastic /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
Interesting that they're still shipping the new tractors with the leaky batteries when JDParts lists the replacement for my 4310 as a gel cell now.

On one hand I can't imagine waiting that long to get my new JD. On the other hand, you'll have a fine machine when it gets here.

I think my dealer has one in stock. Where do you live?

Yes, they would be the larger tires, which are on the cover. Well, when your tractor arrives, you will soon forget the wait, or you will look at those tires and think "I waited an extra xx weeks for those ?". One way or another, I'm sure you will enjoy the tractor.
