3720 or 4520 With R4's and Chains?

Will Chains fit on an 3720 CAB with the larger R4's? What if I used Wheel Spacers?

Same Question on a 4520 with R4's - No spacers needed.

I don't have 3720 CAB, but no problem with chains on my 3720 open with larger R4's. I use them every winter with plenty of clearance.
